This is the worst practice of all and they all do it! They specifically state within the warranty that a depression or sunken area as much as 2″ and sometimes more is considered normal wear and tear and is not reason for replacing the mattress under warranty. Say What?

How To Easily Care For Your Mattress
- Monthly or as needed, unzip the top of the cover and roll back the 2" topper layer to inspect the inner layers of cushions.
- We recommend rotating the cushions in the ares you spend most of your time sleeping on.
- Simply just rotate and flip each cushion that you feel is getting the most use.
- You can also rotate the cushions from the feet or head area into the main body areas to further lengthen the lifespan of each cushion.
- Clean and vacuum out any residue or dust etc that may be in your mattress
- If needed you can wash any of the latex cushions with mild soap and water and then just make sure to completely dry the cushion before putting it back into the mattress.
Assembly Is Super Easy
Assembly and take down is extremely fast and easy. Not to mention, it wasn’t even possible before the Infinium mattress came along. Just follow the directions below and watch the video under the “Easy To Move, No Truck Needed” tab.

The More Solid, The Longer Your Mattress Will Last
We highly recommend a solid flat platform type base. Most box spring type supports will not be ideal.
We also have used and tested the adjustable base that we offer for over 3 years now and it has performed flawlessly.
It gives you full head and foot adjustability and supports the latex perfectly.
Infinium Mattress Dimensions
All the latex is produced by hand in molds. During the process the latex shrinks and the dimensions can and will vary. It’s just the nature of the production process.
We have done everything possible to ensure cushion consistency, but the manufacturer allows for a tolerance of approximately + 2/-1cm for length and width and +/-1cm on the thickness. Which means they could be .4″ smaller and up to .8″ larger
This has not proven to be an issue and we have tested with cushions that were more than 1″ +/- from our first supplier and when it’s inside the mattress cover it’s not a noticeable issue.
Plus you will have sheets and bedding on top of that, so it really does become a non issue for most people.

We can warranty the covers since they are actually being sewn together, so in the off chance the workmanship is lacking on a few here and there or they got some bad thread etc, We will offer a one year warranty like the other manufacturers do on their covers.
But as for the latex, what is there to warranty, we know over time they can compress, how much depends on the sleeper.
